This page explains how to request deletion of your PolyEntr account
(package com.polyentr.app) and the data associated with it.
How to request deletion
- Fill in the form below using the same Google address you signed in with. We can only match a request to an account through that address.
- You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours.
- Your account and data are deleted within 30 days of the request.
You can also write directly to buisnesshabib950@gmail.com with the subject “Account deletion request”.
What gets deleted
Everything tied to your account is permanently removed:
- Account information — email address, display name, profile photo, account identifier, sign-up and last-seen dates
- Balances and progress — coins, gems, streaks, weekly XP, rank, badges and reviewer statistics, for every module
- Your activity — completed tasks, mission history, installed modules, draw entries
- Your content — feedback you have written, campaigns and channels you have created, modules you have published
What is kept, and why
- Payment records for paid missions are kept for 10 years, as required by accounting and tax law. They are detached from your identity as soon as legally possible.
- Feedback you wrote about other creators is kept, but anonymised: the author name is removed. Deleting it entirely would take away work those creators paid for.
- Aggregated statistics that contain no personal data and cannot be traced back to you.
This cannot be undone. Coin and gem balances have no cash value and are not refunded. If you sign in again later, you start from a new, empty account.
